Goats

All goats should be treated as though they have horns. Therefore, the muzzle of the stunner should be placed behind the bony mass on the mid-line and aimed towards the base of the tongue (Figure 12). The reason for this is that the large, bony mass on the top of the skull will absorb much of the energy from the bolt and may prevent bolt penetration through to the brain cavity (Figure 13).
